Winna Account Login

- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID, or a short in-app liveness check. Winna uses this when the ID scan alone does not match the account details.
Winna rejects documents that are blurry, edited, expired, or don’t match the account name. If the account uses a different surname than the ID, it typically asks for a supporting document such as a marriage certificate or deed poll.
