Winna Account Login
To access your Winna personal account, open the casino website on a PC or laptop and select the login button. Enter the email address or username linked to your profile, then confirm with your password to reach your balance, active bonuses, and transaction history.
Winna also supports login from mobile devices through the browser, using the same credentials as on desktop. You need an existing account to sign in; if you havenβt registered yet, create a profile first and then return to the login screen to continue.
Account Verification After Login On Winna
Winna runs an identity check after login when it needs to confirm who is using the account and whether the payment details match the same person.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, and it can also trigger after a large deposit, a change of personal details (name, email, phone), a new device or location, or repeated failed payment attempts.
The review checks four things: identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method. Winna can pause withdrawals until the check is finished.
- ID: A clear photo or scan of a government-issued document (passport, national ID card, or driverβs licence). The full document must be visible, in colour, with no cropped corners.
- Address: A document dated within the last 3 months showing your full name and current address (utility bill, bank statement, or local tax letter). Screenshots without the issuer details are commonly rejected.
- Payment method: Proof that the payment method belongs to you. For cards, Winna typically asks for a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, with the middle digits and CVV covered. For e-wallets, it usually accepts a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account ID.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie holding the ID, or a short in-app liveness check. Winna uses this when the ID scan alone does not match the account details.
Winna rejects documents that are blurry, edited, expired, or donβt match the account name. If the account uses a different surname than the ID, it typically asks for a supporting document such as a marriage certificate or deed poll.
Current status: verification on Winna is tied to withdrawals and can be triggered by account or payment changes; the standard pack is ID, address proof, and payment ownership proof.

Login Security Measures At Winna
- 2FA: Winna supports two-factor authentication for sign-ins. After you enter your password, Winna asks for a one-time code from an authenticator app (TOTP). Backup codes are available once you enable 2FA, and you should store them offline because they are the only fallback if you lose access to your phone.
- Password: Use a unique password that you do not reuse on email or social accounts. Aim for 12+ characters, mix upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, birthdays, and predictable patterns (for example, βWinna2026!β). A password manager helps generate and store a long random password without writing it down.
- Notifications: Winna sends account alerts for new logins and security changes such as password resets, 2FA enable/disable actions, and changes to your email or phone number. Turn on email and SMS alerts in account settings, and treat unexpected messages as a sign to change your password and review recent login activity right away.
